But a lot of reviews seem to like Acronis better. I've never touched Norton Ghost so I can't say if it's any better. But being Norton, it's probably a good piece of software, just bloated. I have used both and much prefer the ease of Acronis. As for the support issue raised with the trial, I too did the trial version first but did.
